Ginger is an up-and-coming female who was our pick of the litter out of the first breeding of our female Nancy Drew (Lucy) and our male FC Brook's Little Pete (Opie).  Nancy Drew (Lucy) is a daughter of NAFC/FC/AFC Walker's Gunner who was the 1997 National All-Age Champion.   FC Brook's Little Pete (Opie) is a son of 32x NSTRA Champion Nolan's Last Bullet who has more wins than any dog in any breed.

We have started running Ginger in field trials in puppy and derby stakes and she is performing very well for us.  She is a hunting machine with loads of bird drive. Ginger is also a loving and affectionate pet with a pleasing temperament.  Ginger is proving to be a forward hunter with excellent range who works the field very nicely for such a young dog.  She shows a natural ability to run field edges in search of birds and is a bold and independent hunter.   We are looking for good things to become of Ginger.  We advanced Ginger to Derby stakes in December of 2007 and will continue to campaign her in Derby stakes throughout the Spring 2008 season.  We will begin her training for adult Gun-Dog stakes in the Summer and Fall of 2008.  She is very responsive to training and shows eagerness to please her handler.  We expect Ginger to be an excellent field trail contender. We are  planning the second breeding of Nancy Drew (Lucy) and FC Brook's Little Pete (Opie) in 2008.
