About the Litter This litter is out of our male dog 2x Am. Field Ch. NGDC/NAGDC/FC/AFC Peter Gunn (Pete), pictured above, and our female Gambler's Blazin Chick (Judi). The puppies will be dually registered through AKC (American Kennel Club) and American Field/Field Dog Stud Book. This litter will also be nomintated for the American Brittany Club Futurity. We have planned this breeding with expectations of producing puppies of dual (conformational and field) quality as conformation is highly heritable. The puppies are also expected to be superior hunters due to Pete and Judi's proven ability. Peter Gunn has made Brittany history as the only dog to hold both National Open and National Amateur Gun-Dog Championship titles. In addition this is a line breeding of one of the most sucessful lines of field trial dogs/hunters in the Brittany breed - NFC/FC/AFC Bean's Blaze and DC Scipio's Little Chick, both of which have been inducted into the Brittany Hall of Fame. These puppies will be strong, healthy bird dogs with intense desire and style, highly intelligent with an eagerness to learn, great conformations, and happy, biddable temperaments that will make them easy and enjoyable to live with at home. Only orange and white puppies will be expected. We prefer that our puppies above all are part of the family and we strive to find the right match for each puppy which includes an evaluation of the temperament, attitude and energy level as well as physical qualities to ensure the best home for each puppy. Puppies come with a complete health guarantee against genetic defects. All dewclaws will be removed, tails will be docked, and they will be up to date on all vaccinations and dewormer. We feed our puppies Eukanuba Medium Breed Puppy which is a premium, top quality food suitable for optimum growth and development.
